CLASS INFORMATION

How do I check in?

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before class (10–15 minutes if you’re brand new to BeatCycle). Head to the reception desk, and we’ll provide all necessary information. Please be aware that if you’re late and the class has started, we won’t be able to let you in to avoid disrupting others.

We offer three types of classes:

Vibes – A rhythm-based class with music-driven workouts – perfect for everyone.

Themed Classes – Similar to a Signature class but with themed music!

Karaoke – A fun, one-off Friday night ride where you can sing along while you ride.
All our classes are approximately 45 minutes, including a warm down and final stretch which you should aim to stay for.

We use Stages SC3 bikes.

For safety reasons, we do not allow late entry once the class has started. Our classes are curated by our instructors and missing the warm-up could put you at risk. It’s also unfair on other riders, as we want to make the class experience exceptional from the very start. The instructor will close the door at the class start time and no-one will be allowed in after that.

Yes, you can bring your phone into the studio, but for your safety we kindly ask that you don’t use it during class. It can be distracting and may cause injury. Lockers are available to keep your belongings safe.

It depends on the injury. Always consult your doctor if you are unsure before attending. If you get the all-clear, kindly inform your instructor of your injury beforehand so they can accommodate.
